We strive to ensure you are satisfied with every product you order from us.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase.
You can choose between receiving a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.

Requirements for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet these two requirements:
1. You must ship the product(s) back to us within 30 days of order date.
2. You can provide proof of purchase or an order number.
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.

The Return Process
Contact Us First: You must contact us before sending any items back. If you ship a return without first getting approval from our team, we will not be able to process your refund. You can contact us via support@thenoohe.com
Tracking is Mandatory. You must use a trackable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for, and cannot refund, items lost during return shipping if tracking was not used.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be credited automatically back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 2–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide a refund in the following situations:
1. Customer Error: If you provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details (such as a wrong address) when placing your order.
2. Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about a product.
3. Misuse/Damage: If the product has been damaged or made unusable due to customer misuse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (such as the wrong size, color, or product), we’ll resolve the issue right away at no cost to you.
How to Report: Please contact us support@thenoohe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos/ videos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Resolution Process: Once we’ve verified the issue, we’ll quickly send the correct item or issue a full refund. We’ll also provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
